Rev. Dr. Tonya Gipson Miller has cultivated a dynamic and multifaceted ministry that seamlessly weaves together faith, leadership, media, education, and service. A pastor’s wife and daughter, she carries the unique dual mantle of leader and nurturer, bringing over 45 years of seasoned experience to the body of Christ. Her life’s work reflects an unwavering dedication to advancing the Kingdom of God while empowering others through diverse platforms of influence.

Serving faithfully as Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Life Coach, and Business Owner, Dr. Gipson Miller has expanded her ministry footprint across digital media, publishing, and international outreach. She is the creator and host of impactful programs such as Sisters in the Ministry, Women Empowerment with Dr. T, Worship with Pastor T, Let’s Talk About It and More, and Talk It Out with Gilbert and Miller. As a prolific author, Dr. Gipson Miller has written and published more than 80 books and eBooks, in addition to founding and owning AtoZ Publishing. Through this platform, she has not only released her own works but also elevated the voices of others by publishing community-focused magazines such as Pastoring Today, Today’s Black Executive, The Family Knook, and Black Women in Business. Her commitment to holistic empowerment is further amplified through her seven LV Network channels on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Cross TV, offering faith-based and family-friendly content to millions of households worldwide.

Her creative vision extends to the arts and education. She founded the Today’s Black Urban Theater and Film Awards, recognizing and celebrating Black excellence in urban theater, and established the Merriweather Bible Institute, where she serves as President. She also co-founded Merriweather Global Ministries with her father, the late Rev. Dr. J.E. Merriweather, a global soul-winning initiative, and founded Tabernacle of Praise Church, where she Co-Pastors alongside her husband.

In music, Dr. Gipson Miller is recognized as an International Gospel Recording Artist and seasoned worship leader, ministering in song across local, national, and international stages for over 20 years. Her music, available on all major streaming platforms, reflects her heart for worship and her passion for ushering God’s people into His presence.

Her influence reaches academia and civic service, with degrees in Biblical Theology, Biblical Studies, Church and Business Administration, and Early Childhood Education. For more than a decade, she has served on the committee for the National Prayer Breakfast and has lent her insight to global initiatives such as Ghana’s “Year of Return,” led by the Ambassador of Ghana. She has been honored with the keys to the cities of Gadsden and Anniston, Alabama—her hometowns—and was recently appointed President of the Women in Ministry Auxiliary for the Mt. Bethel Baptist Association.

Through it all, Dr. Gipson Miller remains anchored in humility and availability to the call of God. Her personal motto, “Lord, I am available. What can I do for You today?” captures the essence of her ministry—an enduring devotion to Christ, her community, and the world. She is the devoted wife of Rev. Dr. T. Welcome Miller Jr., and together they continue to embody the transformative power of faith, service, and vision.
